- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 339992, Size Standard: 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F1146B41600300 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24, effective 19 July 04. The Government intends to award seventeen Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Musical Instruments. Offeror will provide F.O.B. Destination prices and a delivery date (ex. XX days after receipt of order) in their offer. Items must be delivered no later than 60 days after contract award. Deliver to USAF BAND OF LIBERTY, 25 CHENNAULT ST, Hanscom Air Force Base, MA 01731.
