- Services Nonpersonal: Furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain the pneumatic tube system located at Keesler Medical Center and at BX-Satellite Pharmacy, Keesler AFB, MS, for the period 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. However, please note that no award may be made to an offeror not registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Therefore, if your firm is considering submitting a quote for the above listed service, it is imperative that your firm becomes registered in the CCR. To do so, go to http://www.ccr.gov. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is on/around 26 July 2004. The solicitation will be electronically issued and may be accessed and downloaded at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website @ http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors unable to access the solicitation at this address may contact the Contract Specialist for instructions. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and award will be made in the form of a firm fixed price purchase order. Faxed quotes will be accepted at 228-377-3298.
