- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0130 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 3 August 2004. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: joseph.hannasch@offutt.af.mil . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 511210 and $21 million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 0001: InMon Traffic Server for Solaris; 20 Agents; Part #ITS-20-SOL. Item 0002: 1 year InMon Maintenance for ITS-20-SOL; Part # SPT-ITS-20-SOL. Period of performance: Activation (Sep 04) ? 30 Sep 05. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE.
