- This announcement is being sent to inform any interested parties of the VA National Acquisition's Centers intent to procure Deep Brain Stimulators from Medtronic on a Sole Source basis. Deep Brain Stimulators are being procured sole source as we have been informed that Medtronic is the only company that has FDA approval for Deep Brain Stimulaors.
