- This action modifies information originally published on July 17, 2004. The bid opening date has been changed to August 17, 2004. Solicitation documents will be available approximately August 2, 2004. The Portland Area Indian Health service is currently requesting quotes for a non-personal contract for transcription services for the Yakama Indian Health Center, located in Toppenish, Washington. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shall provide toll free 24-hour per day telephone access transcription services, 7 days per week for the Yakama Service Unit clinical providers. The estimated volume is 6-8 pages per day or 60-80 per week. Quotation packets will be available on or approximately July 23, 2004. NAICS code for this quotation is 561410.
