- Description
- The Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Region Office (SNR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work inlcudes but is not limited to removing existing roofing system and providing a new sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system. The work is located in Redding, California in the county of Shasta. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business with a NAICS code of 238160 and a size standard of $12.0 Million. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. THis solicitation will be issued on or about 2 August 2004 and proposals will be due on or about 2 September 2004. Eximated completion date is 30 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Interested offerors must email, fax or mail the Contracting Oficer to request the specifications and applicable drawings. DO NOT post any questions or responses to this RFP on IIPS. Any questions or responses posted on IIPS that concern this RFP WILL NOT BE considered during the evaluation and award process.
