- NSN 1560-00-867-1607, Padding, Upper Sill, Part Number 9-67629-3 IAW Boeing Drawing 13873 008671607-03322. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Rights Guard applies - Rights Guard data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting technical data, an Annual Certification for the Use of Rights Guard Technical Data, DSCR Form P42 and an Annual Rights Guard Destruction Certification, DSCR Form 4178 must be on file at DSCR-VABA, ATTN: Rights Guard Program, Richmond, VA 23297-5604. Contact 804-279-5912 for forms. Government Mylars applies - drawings will be sent within 35 days of award date. Export Control applies. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet at: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084, www.dlis.dla.mil. QAP 008 applies. Requested delivery is 145 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside on a Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated annual demand of 188 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 47 each. Maximum quantities 376 each. Quantities apply to both base and option years. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue date is August 11, 2004.
