- PR No: RR04197004; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a KC-135 Fan Panel Assembly. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-766-2581; Drawing 007662581-04202; AEQ = 19 each for base year, 20 each for each option year and Maximum AEQ = 39 each for base year and 40 each option year. Delivery: FOB Destination, 130 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Boeing Rights Guard Applies. An export controlled data package is available; the technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA via Internet, mail, Fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Mailing address is Defense Supply Center Richmond-Attn: DSCR-VABA, Richmond, VA 23297-5615; Fax 804-279-4946; phone 804-279-3356. Please provide certification number with request. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from the Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. A Boeing ?Rights Guard? protected technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed form P42, Certification for the use of Rights Guard Technical Data, must be submitted to Defense Supply Center Richmond-Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 12 Aug 04. The anticipated award date is 20 Dec 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
