- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity?s (DoDEA) intends to award on a sole source basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract with Ms. Linda Yaven, Kensington, CA. DoDEA requires the services of a trainer to provide advanced critique and assessment using digital cameras in 11 days of standards-based visual arts education curriculum and training for DoDEA teachers in the Pacific, Europe, and CONUS. Ms. Yaven developed initial lessons and modules for the pre-implementation training based upon the DoDEA Visual Arts standards. DoDEA now requires a more sophisticated level of this training in advanced critique/digital documentation component. Therefore, this requirement represents a continuity of training that builds upon the prior training program. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available.
