- Description
- Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, transportation (armored car service), labor (armored guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, delivery, and pick up of cash and other monetary documents from the Andersen AFB and Orote NS Commissaries located in Guam in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance will be for a base period of September 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005, and will include four, one-year option periods that may extend performance through October 2009. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 29, 2004 with a tentative closing date of August 12, 2004. The anticipated award date will be August 18, 2004. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561613 and the business size standard is $10.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this website to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, Contract Management Business Unit, Services Division (CICSD), ATTN: Lynne' F. Requests must include the RFQ number, Company's name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, Dun & Bradstreet number, and business size. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award of any contract or purchase order.
