- Description
- This public announcement is being issued as required by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003). The General Services Administration, (GSA) Pacific Rim Region announces that it intends to conduct an A-76 Streamlined Competition to determine whether or not in-house interior design services will be performed by the Federal Government or by a private sector or other non-federal source. The Pacific Rim Region includes the states of Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona and California. The projected end-date to reach a decision of the competition is on or about September 30, 2004. SIX Federal Government employees along with four to five private-sector firms currently provide these services. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Ms. Patricia Roberts, Deputy Director, PBS Real Property Programs Division. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Mr. Matthew Jear and the Contracting Officer (CO) is Mr. Tracy Wilmot. GSA will issue another notice to announce the decision of this cost comparison on or about September 30, 2004. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME AND THEREFORE NO PROPOSALS REQUESTED.
