- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 11,287 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet with 13 structured parking spaces in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The space will be used by a law enforcement agency. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Relocation costs will be evaluated. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Market Street South: Walnut Street East: 2nd Street West: 7th Street Lease Term: 10 years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy.
