- Description
- Provide all certification, testing, calculations, documents, registration fees, and necessary coordination for the LEEDS (leadership in energy and environmental design) certification of the new Oklahoma City Federal Building. This certification shall be registered with and obtained from the U.S. Green Building Council. All certifications shall be in compliance with the U.S. Green Building Council requirements. The contractor shall be required to perform all necessary building commissioning services. This shall include the assembly of all existing precommissioning design review reports and all required 'as built' commissioning. The contractor shall perform all required certification, documentation and coordination in a manner to obtain the highest LEED rating available. The contractor shall provide to GSA a report of any deficiencies that prevent the Federal Building from attaining at LEEDS certification. This report shall include all testing data that substantiates the failure of the certification. The deficiency report shall include in specific detail the work required to make the building certifiable for LEEDS. The contractor must be a LEED Accredited Professional and must submit, with their proposal, all credentials to substantiate accreditation.
