- Description
- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the A/C Equipment Inspector commercial activity function performed at the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Northeast and Caribbean Region, located at the Federal Plaza Office in New York, NY. PBS provides for the Federal Government?s real property needs by leasing, building and maintaining Federal office space. Government personnel consisting of three (3) commercial activity FTE represent the incumbent service provider located in New York, NY. The estimated work years will consist of a base year and four option years. Prospective offerors are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Susan Marshall.
