- This acquisition is for Butane-Propane gas mixture, per FEDSPEC BB-G-110, Type III, odorized, for use in dehumidifier and hot water heaters at the Defense Commissary Agency, Guam. A base period of 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sept 2005 is anticipated with possible options of two years. The yearly quantity is estimated at 43,000 gallons. FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition procedures will be utilized. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. RFQ issuance is anticipated on or about 16 August, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
