- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Washington Detachment Philly, intends to procure clothing items for Navy Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) agents. Clothing type will be men gortex parkas, trousers, coolmax ribbed T-shirts, etc. The required clothing list can be downloaded from http://www.neco.navy.mil. The period of performance is anticipated to be from date of award through 30 September 2004. The SIC Code is 5699. Solicitation number N00600-04-Q-0619 can be downloaded from http://www.neco.navy.mil. The solicitation may be processed following normal commercial item procedures in accordance to FAR 13.5. The Government may award on initials.
