- 17. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, Washington Office intends to award a sole source firmed fixed price contract to Executive Technologies, Corp.,8731 Northpark Blvd, Suite B, Charleston, SC 29406 for the installation of intrusions Detection Sensors and panels for three (3) NCIS buildings at NAS Pensacola, FL. Executive Technologies, Corp will furnish the design, procurement and installation of intrusion Detection, Access Control and Video intercom for the NCIS Building located at Corey Field, FL. This project will include the installation of the associated sensors and panels to furnish protection of these buildings including compliances with the encryption requirements and the specification and standards identified in DCIDs 6/9. The sensors and panels will also be integrated and configured with the existing level Entertise integrat ed security management system (SMS located at the site This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Part 13 procedures A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 7382 North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is _561621_____This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only items meeting the Navy?s qualification requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 26 July 2004. See note 22.
