- Description
- The Naval Medical Education and Training Command requires educational services in support of officers enrolled in a health professions program at the University of Detroit Mercy. The resultant purchase order will provide payment of tuition and fees to the University of Detroit on behalf of those officers who are participants in the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program. (AFHPSP). Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a Request for Quotation and negotiate a sole-source purchase order with the University of Detroit Mercy for the delivery of these services. This requirement will be procured pursuant to FAR Part 13.5- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
