- SPECIAL NOTICE: The Government has completed evaluations of information received in response to the above referenced Market Survey/ Sources Sought Synopsis, which was publicized at FEDBIZOPPS and on the NSWC Crane home page. After thorough evaluation, the Government has determined that there are not two (2) or more responsible small business concerns technically capable of satisfying this requirement. As a result, the WCTTR Operations and Maintenance Support requirement will not be set-aside for competition among small businesses. The Government intends to solicit this requirement on an unrestricted basis utilizing SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e).
