Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to provide refuse removal services for three sites including the Saratoga Springs Site, which is the Naval Support Unit Complex adjacent to Buff Road, Saratoga Springs, NY; West Milton Site, which is the Naval Support Unit, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Facility, 3569 Galway Road, West Milton, NY and Scotia Site, Commissary and Navy Exchange at Building 606, 1 Amsterdam Road, Scotia, NY. The issue date for specifications is 5 August 2004. Estimated cost range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $10.5 million. This solicitation is being issued Unrestricted. Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge, however, some specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this project when specifications become available. Official planholders will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. If you fail to register, the Government cannot be responsible for your being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. All contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors should submit verification of their firm's registration in the CCR database with their quote.
