- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Low Profile Adapter, HRC 200-0177 (Quantity ? 20 each); and 2) Low Profile Buffer, HRC 44095-30P-B35 (Quantity ? 20 each). This requirement is sole sourced to HiRel Connectors Inc. due to proprietary data and compatibility with existing connector interface. Any firms believing that they can provide the maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it?s ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
