Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct the facilities for the Dike Lake Campground Renovation, including access roads, parking areas, retaining walls, utilities, signs, fences, campground, picnic shelters, vault toilet buildings, and installation of Government-furnished site furnishings. The project is located in Caribou County, Idaho approximately 15 miles north of the town of Soda Springs, ID. The Government estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Bonds will be required. The solicitation will consist of a base bid and one or more additive bid items. This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fbo.gov Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 5, 2004. Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov to be eligible to receive award.
