The previous notice was issued under solicitation number W31P4Q-04-R-0006. This requirement is for contractor operated depot level diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of secondary items, assemblies, and subassemblies of the STINGER/LINEBACKER Weapon System . Nomenclature: Vision Module Set, NSN: 1430-01-454-0404, MIS-PRF-51955; BFVS-E Control Electronics, NSN: 1430-01-454-0405, MIS-PRF-51954; Stinger Control Box, NSN: 1430-01-454-1858, MIS-PRF-51957, and Stinger Distribution Unit, NSN: 1430-01-454-1859 , MIS-PRF-51958. A letter contract, W31P4Q-04-C-0057, was issued to the Boeing Company, 499 Boulevard, P.O. Box 240002, Huntsville, AL 35807 for the Base period. The definitization of the letter contract will include five one-year options for the same r equirement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make contact with the above listed firm. A technical data package , which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
