- Provide furniture to the Oregon Army National Guard Armories throughout the State of Oregon, to include delivery, set-up and removal of existing furniture to Salem or Portland Oregon. There are 37 armories located in the following cities: Albany, As hland, Baker City, Bend, Burns, Clackamas, Coos Bay, Corvallis, Dallas, Eugene, Forest Grove, Grants Pass, Gresham, Hermiston, Hillsboro, Hood River, Klamath Falls, LaGrande, Lake Oswego, Tigard, McMinnville, Medford, Milton-Freewater, Newport, Ontario, Pe ndleton, Portland, Redmond, Roseburg, Salem, St. Helens, The Dalles, Woodburn. The estimated quantity and furniture type are as follows: (42) Free Standing Desk, (21) 4 Drawer Lateral File, (21) Credenza Workstation, (21) Rectangular Bridge, (28) 4 Drawer Vertical File, (42) 2 Drawer Vertical File, (168) Guest Chairs, (63) Book Cases, (42) Desk Chair, (7) Credenzas, (21) 2 drawer Lateral File, (7) Conference Tables. This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contra ct with one base year and four option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. One contract will be awarded for the entire state. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation. Bidding documents should be available on or about A ugust 10, 2004. Bid opening will be held at the USPFO for Oregon, ATTN: USPFO-P, 1776 Militia Way SE, Salem, OR 97309 on September 1, 2004 at 2:00 PM local time.
