Description

The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services in support of the Judge Advocate General??????s Legal Center and School located at Charlottesville, VA. The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. The local exchange service provider certified by the state of Virginia PUC shall provide local commercial communications service for Judge Advocate General??????s Legal Center and School located at Charlottesvil le, VA. All responsible sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition a concern will be considered small under North American Industry Clas sification System (NAICS) under 517110. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format contained at FAR Part Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This ann ouncement constitutes the only notice for this solicitation; quotations are being requested via the Interactive Business Opportunities page.
