- Description
- This is a Request for Information (RFI) and sources sought inquiry for Mission Training Center Instructor support services. Responses are due for this RFI by 30 July 2004. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. This is NOT a request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses WILL NOT be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. No Proprietary information should be submitted in response to this request. Any submissions will be considered to be public information and may be handled by non-government personnel. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents. The Government requires air and space operations training services within the Pacific Area Of Responsibility. Intended locations include Pacific Air Force bases in Alaska, Japan, and Korea. Services include performance of aircrew training, operation of training devices, tactics instruction, courseware development and integration, Instrument Refresher Course (IRC) instruction, and security management in support of all aspects of these services. NAICS Code is 541990 "All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services." Instructors will be required to generate, develop, and produce simulator scenario training packages to generate MTC mission simulator events in support of the following types of aircraft: F-15C, F-15E, F-16, F/A-22, F-35, A/OA-10, B-1, B-2, B-52, E-3, KC-135, C-130, C-12, C-9, C-21, UH-1, and HH-60. Specifically, this RFI seeks the following information: ? Identification of sources and interested parties ? and Business size ? All responses are requested to indicate if they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, or HUB zone small business, etc. Interested companies are requested to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Government requests answers for the following: 1. How would your company plan to recruit personnel for these Pacific Air Force Locations? 2. How long would it take for your company to recruit personnel for this overseas requirement?
