- Description
- The Air Force desires to acquire through full and open competition, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in military commissaries at twelve (12) commissaries Ft Leonard Wood MO, Ft McCoy WI, Great Lakes NTC IL, Rock Island Arsenal IL, Scott AFB IL, Whiteman AFB MO, Crane NWSC IN, Ft Campbell KY, Ft Knox KY, Harrison Village IN, Selfridge ANGB IL, and Wright Patterson AFB OH. All commissaries are located in the MidWest Region of DeCA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, materials and equipment, and transportation necessary to perform monthly maintenance, 24/7 availability, provide emergency response service within two (2) hours of notification and repaired within 24 hours in all twelve commissaries. Commissary must remain open and operational during business hours throughout the period of performance. Must meet all local, state, and federal EPA requirements. Experience required in commercial supermarket Refrigeration/HVAC systems. The period of performance will commence 01 January 2005, or date of award through one year thereafter with four priced one-year options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 66 months.
