Description

Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for a Pilates Instructor. Pilates instructor will conduct classes that focus on lengthening and straightening the spine, strengthening of abdominal and back muscles, balanced use of all the muscles, flexibility, and joint mobility. Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday 1100 to 1200, and 1700 to 1800 hours at Building #340. Performance Period is from 1 Oct 04 thru 30 Sep 05. Please See SOW. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611620 (Sports and Recreation Instruction), size standard $6M. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 21 July 2004.
