- Description
- Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a contract for FY05 Fitness Equipment Maintenance: Contractor shall provide all tools,parts, labor, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the following services: Support fitness program by performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, major and minor mechanical repairs on fitness equipment at specified intervals IAW the attached statement of work. Documentation of work in maintenance files/books. Sign and out of work place. Contractor performance will be at bldg 140 and 340. Period of Contract is 1 OCT 04 to 30 Sep 05. This is a firm fixed price requirements-type contract. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 (Precision equipment calibration ), size standard $6M. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Release of the RFQ will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 21 July 2004.
