- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is FA3022-04-T-0010 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334310. The size standard is 750 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: Rear Projection SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard, Size 57 3/8?W, 79?H, 29 ?? D, 66? Diagonal Screen. Color Black. Portability: Roll-about, self-contained unit. Manufacturer: SMART tm Technologies, Inc. Quantity: 2 FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: 144 Liberty Drive, Columbus MS 39710. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. The full text of these clauses may be accessed electronically at the FARSITE or ARNET. Responses to this RFQ must be received via fax or e-mail by the stated response time at the 14th Contracting Squadron, 555 Seventh Street, Ste 113 Columbus Air Force Base, MS 39710. Quotes should be marked with the reference number. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will be ineligible for award. No written request for quote is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
