- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, qualified personnel, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, lubricants, and other items and services necessary to perform automatic door inspections, testing, preventive maintenance and minor repairs in a manner that will provide a complete Planned Maintenance Program and assure continuous and safe operation at all times, for all the Out-of-Warranty doors, listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall perform this work during (6) scheduled bimonthly inspection, testing and preventive maintenance service calls per year. Significant repairs, if required, shall be completed on a "Scheduled" or "Unscheduled/Emergency" basis as described heinafter.
