Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh PA, 15240 intends to negotiate with Axis Clinical Software Inc., 5201 SW Westgate Drive, Suite 216, Portland, OR 97221, on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 for software and licenses. Patient Analysis and Tracking System (PATS) for Windows Client/service network version, five concurrent users, PATS Application interface module, PATS UNET interface module (liver & kidney candidate, recipient initial and follow-up, PATS audit trail module PATS technical testbed module server and one concurrent user. PATS Level 1 clinical consulting, PATS Basic training, PATS advanced training, PATS VISTA ADT system interface template, PATS VISTA lab system interface template, PATS implementation. Annual software maintenance and support. Annual UNET reporting program support. Onsite visit by clinical consultant for PATS level 1 clinical consulting. Onsite visit by application specialist/trainer for PATS basic training. Onsite visit by application specialist/trainer for PATS advanced training. Firms who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide an alternate systems which will meet the capabilities and functionality descrided above may notify the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 9:00 AM on 7/26/2004. Such notification must include a complete description of proposed software and licenses, including narrative and capabilities described above. Notification shall be mailed to Pamela Rayburg Contracting Officer, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
