- Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other items necessary to provide solid waste disposal services for the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144 for the period beginning October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four 1 year option periods, in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. The NAICS Code is 562111 and the limitation is $10.5 million average annual receipts for the previous (3) years. This is a 100% Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside procurement and only businesses certified as Hubzone may submit in response to this solicitation. The solicitation documents will be available on or about August 3, 2004.
