Description: Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 3 New York/New Jersey is seeking to award a contract for the provision of a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS). The award will be on a cost per test basis. The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, implemenation, and maintenance of the PACS. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business.
