- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to make a sole source award to the Center for Transportation and the Environment (CTE) to develop and implement a Domestic Scan on Wetland Mitigation. The scan will support FHWA performance plan objectives to examine and improve wetland mitigation practices nationwide. CTE will work with the FHWA and the scan team to provide support for the Domestic Scan of successful wetland mitigation programs. Because of CTE background and extensive experience that makes them uniquely qualified to perform this service, no other source possesses the knowledge to provide the required service. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about August 4, 2004.
