- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to prepare a report of Measuring Outcomes of Title VII, Section 747 Grant Programs. The contractor shall: Submit background materials for meetings of the entire Advisory Committee on Training in Primary Care Medicine and Dentistry (ACTPCMD) and its subcommittee, attend these meetings and prepare summaries of these meetings. Submit interim progress reports. Prepare drafts and a final report on Measuring Outcomes of Title VII, Section 747 Grant Programs. THE SOLICITATION is attached to this web posting. ALL QUESTIONS about this requirement must be submitted by email to abroider@hrsa.gov no later than 10:00 AM local prevailing time on July 30, 2004. Responses to questions will be posted at this site. THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS will be on August 16, 2004, at no later than 2:00 PM local prevailing time.
