This will be a firm fixed price contract with delivery 2-4 weeks after dte of award. FOB Destination. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Approximate issue date is 7/22/04 with closing date 7 days from issue. Note: Western Area Power intends to acquire on a sole source (brand name) basis, Tellabs Digital Crossconnects under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Western believes tht Tellabs (including authorized distributors of Tellabs equipment) is the only known source to provide Digital Crossconnects compatible with the existing Tellabs Element Management System and existing Tellabs crossconnects. All small business distributors of Tellabs may respond to this request for quote. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements by emailing Eileen Ray at eray@wapa.gov or by fax at 970-240-6314 no later than July 29, 2004. Capability statements must document the ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will be considered for purposes of conducting a competitive procurement.
