- Description
- The work under this contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for road restoration in the Snow Talon fire area, located on the Lincoln Ranger District of the Helena National Forest. Work includes reconditioning existing roads and ditches, placing new gravel surfacing, signing, clearing and grubbing, installing conveyor belt dike, removing culverts, furnishing and installing culverts, excavation, erosion control and riprap placement, seeding and other miscellaneous items. Estimated price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website and will provide all necessary information for bidders to prepare and submit a bid. A pre-proposal tour will be held on the 20th of August 2004, details will be in the solicitation. Anticipated award date is 15 September 2004. Construction is to be completed no later than 15 October 2005.
