- Description
- The work under this contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the removal of an existing 112 inch by 76 inch arch culvert and furnishing and installing a new 142 inch by 91 inch by 66 inch arch culvert. Work will require the placement of 1-2 feet of thick rocks in the bottom of the culvert to assist in fish passage through the arch culvert. It will also require some steel baffles to hold the rock in place. This project will also require approximately 600 feet of road surface reconditioning and aggregate surface replacement. This project is located on the Moose Creek Road, where it crosses Moose Creek, approximately 1 mile east of US 191. This project is on the Bozeman Ranger District. Estimated price range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. A request for written quotations will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website and will provide all necessary information for quoters to prepare and submit a quote. Anticipated award date is 12 September 2004. Construction is to be completed no later than 30 September 2005
