Acceptable sources: (1) MPB Corp. DBA Timken Aerospace & Super Precision Div. (cage 40920) and (2) Barden Corp. (cage 70854). Item approval by design control activity applies. Flight safety critical aircraft part. COQC required. Gov. product verification testing ? instrument bearings - required. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Estimated annual quantity is 1,792 EA with an annual guaranteed minimum of 448 EA. Surge is applicable for a qty. of 80 EA. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B04. Delivery is 146 DARO. Other than full & open competition. Unrestricted. Deliveries split approximately 50%-50% to East and West coasts. AVBS applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
