- Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 3433-01-389-9938, YPG04181000756, Plasma Cutter, I/A/W ESAB Welding P/N 36590, Thermadyne Industries P/N Cutmaster 81 and Miller Electric Mfg P/N 903777-01-2. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) for this NSN. This procurement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a commercial off the shelf item. This buy is for a quantity of 552 cutters. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. QAP 001 applies. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. This solicitation will be made available for issue on or about 19 August 2004 and will close on 19 September 2004. DSCR plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
