TYPE I, CLASS 2, CAMOUFLAGE GREEN 483, 2 INCH WIDTH, NSN: 8315-00-151-6479 Item 0002: 1688 yards of FASTENER, TAPE, HOOK, NYLON, TYPE I, CLASS 2,CAMO 483, 1 INCH WIDE NSN: 8315-00-151-6480. item 0003: 2906 yards of FASTENER TAPE, HOOK, TYPE I, CLASS 2, GREEN, 1 1/2 " WIDE, MIL-F-21840, NSN: 8315-00-151-6481 Item 0004: 1416 yards of : FASTENER TAPE, PILE, NYLON CLASS 2, GREEN, 1 1/2 " WIDE, NSN: 8315-00-151-6483. One delivery to Albany, GA commencing 150 days after date of award are required. RFQ is issued as unrestricted. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after August 2, 2004. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offer FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs.
