Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items (Description): 0001) Hand held jammer model # 624 TC disruptor or equal. Work with internal battery and 12 and 24 volt external vehicle power supplies. Have range of at least 30 meters. Antennas must be able to mount to both metallic and non-metallic vehicle surfaces. Must include a HMMWV vehicle power adapter cable and plug to use with vehicle if desired. When using internal battery, it must provide a minimum of 6 hours of continuous use before re-charging battery. Must be specifically designed to disrupt GSM cell phones. Must include all batteries, battery charger, attachments, antennas, cases, cords, etc. so systems works ?out of the box? without additional purchases or modifications. Jammer must be designed for tactical military applications.0002) Vehicle jammer model # 634 TC disruptor or equal. Must work with 12 and 24-volt power supply. Must have range of at least 100 meters. Antennas must be able to mount to both metallic and non-metallic vehicle surfaces. Must be specifically designed to disrupt GSM cell phones. Must include all attachments, antennas, cases, cords so system works ? out of the box? without additional purchases or modifications. Jammer must be designed for tactical military applications. 0003) Shipping Cost, door to door, Torii Station Okinawa, Japan. A statement of requirements is attached. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F5270-04-M-S201. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 , Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Unit 35123 bldg. 100, Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan 96368.The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: FAR 52-211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
