- Description
- DESCRIPTION: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 3,775 rentable square feet of office and related use space which will produce a total of 3,283 useable square feet for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Secured/inside parking for 12 vehicles required on site. LOCATION: Space must be located within the City Limits of Las Cruces, New Mexico. TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than July 28, 2004 and should include the following information: Street address and building name, if applicable: square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
