- Description
- The US Navy has a requirement for Accounting and Financial Support Services in support of the implementation of the Department of the Navy Financial Improvement Plan in order to comply with the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990 as amended by the Government Managers Reform Act of 1994 which requires all government agencies to prepare audited financial statements. AN INDUSTRY DAY WILL BE CONDUCTED on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 starting approximately 9AM at FISC Norfolk Det Phila, 700 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia, PA to assist the government in the definition of the requirement. If interested in attending, please e-mail the following people by July 28, 2004 with the following information: email leanne.hanger@navy.mil (cc: valerie.rinaldt@navy.mil) with your company name and the names of each participant (maximum: 2 people per company). The government is currently contemplating full and open competition for this requirement to result in multiple award Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contracts for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code is 561499 and the size standard is $6M.
