- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase MK 23 Mod 0 Tilt Fixture, quantity seven (7), and one (1) First Article Acceptance Testing (FAAT) will be required for a total quantity of eight (8) units and spare Bit ?B? units, quantity five (5). Required delivery for First Article is 150 days after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. All other timely offers will be considered. Award will be made on the basis of Best Value. Evaluation factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. NAICS Code is 333298. NUWC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract.
