- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC-PC) intends to solicit competitive quotes on the basis of full and open competition for developing and installing a state of the art multimedia informational display in the Lobby of Building 110. The display will target the staff, employees, and visiting dignitaries and will serve as a tool to help educate and change the culture of all employees, visitors and staff. Additionally, the display will serve as a source of information such as hours of operation, upcoming projects, visitors, and offices closing/opening. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. Telephone requests are not authorized. NSWC-PC plans on releasing the RFQ electronically only. Award will be based on the written quotation. Interested firms must request the RFQ in writing or via e-mail. clarence.campbell@navy.mil. Requests sh ould include the prospective offeror's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, physical mailing address, email address, point of contact, and telephone number. The period of performance will be for 60 days after award. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated. NAICS Code 541511 applies. FSC code is 9905. Size standard is $21M.
