- Description
- The Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition and Property Management Division, South West Branch, Ft Huachuca, AZ is seeking proposals from qualified U.S. firms to provide coaching to both individuals and groups. This includes such things as creating dynamics that lead to individual involvement, group success, team effectiveness and leadership development. Other goals are to reinforce high performance, commitment and integrity. The results shall focus on creating positive outcomes that will transfer back to the work environment. The contractor shall be able to customize their approach to integrate DOI/NBC's unique goals, as stated above. The Coaching technique/approach allows individuals and the team to realize their potential and assists them in achieving it which ultimately is of great benefit to the team. It results in higher productivity, a better functioning team, holds people accountable for results, and results in better quality work. The period of performance will be a one year base period and four one year option periods. The contractor must have an office within fifty miles of Sierra Vista/Fort Huachcua, AZ. The government intends to award a fixed price level-of-effort labor hour contract. The anticipated solicitation release date is August 18, 2004.
