Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for the construction of a new degasser building, replacement of an existing electrical building and emergency generator, and pipeline modifications at the Nashua National Fish Hatchery in Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire for which an Invitation to Bid is being issued. The work requires site preparation, clearing and grubbing, installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of water supply piping, construction of a 24' X 24' masonry degasser building with concrete foundation and wet well, three fiberglass degasser towers, process piping, vacuum pumps and blowers, instrumentation and all utilities, electrical and mechanical work required to provide a fully operational facility. The work also includes construction of a 12' X 12' masonry electrical building, furnishing and installing a new 125 KW emergency generator, electrical panels and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236210, Industrial Building Construction, General Construction Contractors. The size standard for this project is $28.5 Million. This is a small business set-aside procurement.
