- Description
- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) require the development of a concept design for improving existing ventilation systems utilizing Plymovent Straight-rail Vehicle Exhaust Recovery System. Period of service will be no later than 3 1 May 2005. This proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis using simplified acquisition procedures. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Plymovent USA due to proprietary considerations. Request for W913 2T-04-T-0150 will be issued on or about 4 August 2004 with a closing date of 16 August 2004.
